Suggestion Title: Car Whisper System (Text)
Suggestion Description: Add a system that allows players inside a car to text whisper.
The message sent will only be visible to the players inside the vehicle, the ones outside won't see anything.

*The command could be /cw

I saw this system on a SA:MP Server and I thought it's really nice
Why should this be added?:
-  Allow players to silently talk (text) inside a vehicle without anyone seeing their messages.
- QoL I guess

What negatives could this have?:
- Might be hard to add this in the gamemode

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This suggestion would solve the problem of players seeing other players' texts that are speaking inside a vehicle.

Although this seems coolish, I don’t see much of a point to add this for a couple of reasons, I don’t think it’d be used as most people who are playing generally use voice chat and just whisper that way anyways without typing in chat to speak, another reason is because the whisper proximity is fine, If you’re whispering in VC / Text, I doubt anyone close would even see your message or hear you

Ofcourse, any extra addition like this is cool, however I think Development have more things on their priority list than to be focusing on something like this.

i know an lsrp feature when i see one

on topic, this would be a nice thing to have, but honestly the whisper proximity is fine anyway

it might be easier to just make it so when you're in a vehicle and you talk in whisper, either by voice or text chat, it limits it to others in the vehicle only, that way it can easily be used by the driver as well.

A few exceptions could be made, such as roadsters and the trike, as it'd be a bit unrealistic to be able to talk without being heard, when there's no window to muffle the sound
