just To day i begin to see cars glitching can some one help me ?

Put model detail to the highest.
When you load up Garrys Mod do the following
1. Click Options
2. At the top click the tab "Video"
3. Click "Advanced"
4. Set your "Model Detail" to "High"
5. Done!
I recommend having most of those settings on high.
Makes the game look much more nice and realistic.

Obviously solved
Put model details on high, if the problem still persists clear all Garry's Mod server content model downloads and subscribe to the TDM Vehicle Collection on the workshop.
