Description of the idea: Change the way Dispatch takes calls, maybe for example have a moveable bar that shows the number, time connected, end call, mute mic.
Why should this be added? (pros): Having a small movable bar that shows caller info and an option to mute would be way more useful than having your phone come up as it means other features can be used while taking a 911 call
