Suggestion Title: Close incident button on the quick incident menu
Suggestion Description: The quick incident menu does mostly everything to do with incidents, apart from closing them. A button to do this would be handy and eliminates having to go on the police computer. I see the obvious issues with this (people closing incidents for no reason, etc) but they could be remedied somehow, like it being disabled when a dispatcher is online or the incident being locked by a SGT+.

Why should this be added?:
- Quick access to close incidents

What negatives could this have?:
- People closing things for no reason

What problem would this suggestion solve?: N/A, just a quality of life thing I guess?

I didn't add a close option to keep the menu as minimal as possible, as well as to reserve space for more possible actions in the future, such as assigning other units or updating incident details.

Unused incidents get deleted after X minutes. It isn't the same as closing, but that's what I do right now.
One option here would be to speed up deletion of unused employee-created incidents.
