Description of the Bug: Coca plants give less drugs if the owner has disconnected

How to reproduce the Bug: Noticed it consistently - if the owner is DCed it gives way less yield on average, just got 7 leaves from a full planter and I always find myself getting way less than expected

Plant cocaine & have the person who planted it disconnect - you will get much less upon harvest

There's nothing in the code that would make this happen because the player has disconnected. It's possible it's entirely down to water levels used.

If you're able to provide screenshots of the planters beforehand then this may help.
