Description of the Bug: Gameplay tips in loading out of date
How to reproduce the Bug: The tips are massively out of date and mention things like marksmanship which have been removed for years, I guess while not technically a bug it could be considered one. Would take 5 seconds to remove the old tips and create some new ones that link to the drug guides etc.
