This happened to me today, about 15/20min before writing this.

This last happened to me when I dropped my crowbar and picked it back up with my gun still in my hands I believe. After that I couldn't switch weapons or bring out my weapon again until I dropped it and picked it back up. It was a pistol (ots-33) and a crowbar if that helps.
