Why Should This Player Be Punished: He broke rule 3.4 , he peformed an illegal U-turn on the highway just to go back to the police convoy and ram them. This ended (as you can see in the video) with an officer stepping out of his vehicle with a Remmington, presumably to arrest him . He had no beneficial reason for doing so and this is how he broke 3.4.
