Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Put his life at unnesacery risk and performed an unrealistic action by picking up a firearm in full veiw of an officer and while a swat was gunpointing him. The person who's gun he picked up was just shot by SWAT.

I picked up the gun due to no other police officers or SWAT being around, as I picked up the gun I saw a SWAT aiming a gun at me - after doing so, I had attempted to put it down only to be cuffed.

Let me get it from the point of the SWAT ( Me ). After we responded to bazaar, I saw a purple guy shooting around with revolver. I shotted him down In guys full point of view, also he failed to comply with my orders under GP of my weapon. Zovetta was also punching you with nightstick.
