Server Suggestion Courier App Change

Suggestion Title: Courier App Change
Suggestion Description: A check-box should be added next to the "location" area on the courier app... allowing players to opt for pickup with an NPC. (Obviously Courier would still get atleast a partial payment for the pickup)

Edit: Option could be made available only after one cancelled order or something of the sort

Why should this be added?:
- Allows player to not have to wait on Couriers that are taking too long.

What negatives could this have?:
- Risk of diluting the fun of playing courier.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Waiting on a courier for 30+ min, or having a package canceled 2+ times and having to reorder and potentially never actually being able to get the package.

The point is a good minority of the time there are couriers active they are not delivering properly or minging, It prevents players from being able to get packages for hours on end sometimes
