Suggestion Title: Custom vehicle Mods, free after purchase
Suggestion Description: As the title suggests, once you purchase a Vehicle custom modification, it should be free to remove and added back on later. Rather than, pay the full price again, if it's been removed. Make's no sense for it to be like it is currently. Unfortunately, I found this out the hard way

Why should this be added?:
- Prevents hundreds of thousands from being wasted because you thought you could add it back on for free, after it had been removed

What negatives could this have?:
- Harder to identify a vehicle that police are pursuing due to custom modifications also being changed

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Waste of a lot of money tbh, as well as more free ability to customise your vehicle without wasting unnecessary amounts of money

Perhaps a heavy discount to transition it back and forth to prevent that from happening? Tho with plates and etc it isnt really a big issue i feel.

Yea fully agree. Took my racing kit off my car just to remember what it looks like and it was a 200k purchase. I owned the part so it seems like I should be able to just swap it out for free lol
