Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke both 2.5 and 3.4. Started shooting at me while I was not a direct threat, nor was I holding a gun, yet still chose to shoot at me (thus giving away that he was raiding), as he could've easily gunpointed me and told me to drop my gun as I was in the open, yet instead he proceeded to shoot alerting everybody and causing the cops to respond. Honestly I don't even know if he could tell whether I had a gun on my back considering it was pitch black, he had just turned the corner and I was facing towards him.

Then when peemnaja has him under gunpoint, he decides to accelerate directly at him essentially breaking 3.4, I don't see why he bothered to try kill peem when he was directly under gunpoint in that situation, and there was a SWAT van rolling up right behind him.

i was before bobby pinning glass co and it looked like nadine came from the left doors that is in glass co looked like a threat to me it was dark,so i started to shoot first.

The user will receive a ban under 2.5, however, will not be punished under 3.4 due to him already accelerating in his car whilst the gun was being raised.​
