Delivery system broken

Description of the bug: Ordering any items on delivery app wont be delivered once arrived at the location you have choosen

How to reproduce the bug:
1. Open your phone
2. Open the delivery app
3. Choose the items you want to buy
4. Buy those items, and select a drop off spot.
5. Once the Items has been bought, and delivered to the selected spot, try to grab it. wont work.

It just seems to be ragnatech and gas station. Ive had no issue with subs jenifers
