Police Suggestion Dispatch accessing bodycams

Suggestion Title: Dispatch accessing bodycams
Suggestion Description: Having a system similar to the cameras but based around officer bodycams.

Could be implemented using a similar system to the staff teams spectate function.

Why should this be added?:
- cool
- more functionality for dispatch

What negatives could this have?:
- unneeded dev time
- could be overpowered

What problem would this suggestion solve?: it just makes dispatch a bit more useful, especially during high intensity situations

I feel like while it be cool it be the same idea as a drone camera, it would be broken and otherwise would it be possible with source? I mean look at ready or not where that struggles when accessing others bodycams i could not imagine what that would look like with gmod probs a laggy mess

I like the idea, but I'm not sure how helpful it would be. The CCTV cams that dispatch has are useful for informing officers about what they can't see, to help them prepare for a situation before they arrive or assist in tracking a suspect. Being able to access bodycams on officers doesn't give any information that officer doesn't already have.

The only 2 instances I could see this being really useful would be either in officer hostage situations, or if you could access the body camera of downed officers. Depending on how they fell down upon death, and whether the body been moved, that might give very good insight for arriving backup units.

This is definitely possible with Garry's Mod, and I don't think lag would be a massive concern here. It isn't really more expensive on the server than the static cameras are.

It would be possible, and perfectly easy, it's initially just the same sort of code as with spectating a player. Functionality wise, perfectly easy and such, logically maybe a little different since it shouldn't look like actual spectating.

It is isn't a bad idea, could even create a new dispatcher role, but one to check for how officers are performing their duties while alone, although it may not be favoured. It would probably have a wide range of uses, including communications for information regarding incidents and officers' whereabouts when they are MIA or not able/just not communicating.
I'd like to see what the devs have to say, though as I no idea how hard this would be to implement, possible issues it could cause and the amount of tax it could have on server performance.
