I cant talk on the phone as dispatcher when i answer a call it brings the phone and brings the mouse cursor up, i cant move or anything when on a call as dispatcher. Someone please help its been like this forever and i cant dispatch

Press Z again while in the phone to get rid of the mouse and move around.

Not really sure if this is your problem but it used to function weird when you went on duty as a dispatcher and dropped your phone. You would have no phone on your inventory but since the job requires one it would read as if you had one and it would be pretty frustrating to use. Probably not it but hey.

drop the phone and put it on your desk because 911 calls are useless you might as well just deal with the text based ones

you cannot counter it, it was added so you could use the radio while in the computer menu. you will have to deal with it ;-;

Imo I most of the time deny the calls as I am too busy and let people text message 911.
Impossible to watch CCTV, count life alerts during a raid, take screenshots in CCTV/record, assign units, edit incident to provide full info etc.

Deny unless you are not busy.
