Main Idea:
Making DNA not show if a citizen was killed from a considerably long distance, and make suppressors reduce the chance of DNA showing up.
Full description of the idea:
The purpose of this suggestion is to:
- Make DNA not show up on long range kills
- Reduce the chance of a positive DNA scan if the victim was killed with a suppressed gun.
Why should it be added?:
- Will add more incentive to use suppressors
- Will add more incentive to using weapons such as the M24 and L115A3
Pros:
- Could revive guns like the M24, etc.
- Makes sense
- Allows people to take further precaution when committing murder without making it cheap. (suppressors for pistols can cost almost the same price as the gun itself)
Cons:
- Less risk for high risk activities such as murder
- Inconclusive police investigation results during crime sprees
