Suggestion Title: EMS Cooperation Training
Suggestion Description: As an EMS worker the most painful thing about the job isn't the danger or the blood, it's the PD; More often they're split up and standing around, yelling down the mic and nothing is being communicated, leaving you annoyed and trying to figure out your next move with very little information. There's certainly some good eggs when it comes to this, but you know what they say about spoiled ones.

I think every EMS worker has campfire stories of turning up to a scene, and being miscommunicated in some way, be it being told to charge in when the scene was not clear, or coming in to a million bodies and no one giving a hand and leading to endless bickering.

I think that it would really help if PD were asked to help out EMS where they can through administering CPR, marking downed people by standing above them or seperating them, making sure all suspects are handcuffed for swift response, and dragging out bodies from a scene on their way out when not busy to give EMS that much needed hand in clearing up.

This would allow for better responses, faster revives and heals, quicker DNA recovery, as well as quicker EMS departure meaning more responses to other scenes overall!

Why should this be added?:
- Makes EMS much less painful
- Faster responses, more chances of heals and revives
- Less bodies strewn about the map
- *LESS BICKERING !*

What negatives could this have?:
- Could be confusing for new cops

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Shoddy interactions between EMS and PD, leading to more deaths and scenes not cleaned up

I understand the idea, but this simply isn't feasible. We don't offer training for many things and even on the rare occasion we do, it's optional. At which point the officers that are the problem aren't even attending them.

Officers are expected to act professional and unwarranted hostility from them can easily be reported to a supervisor or through IA Complaints, as it's downright unprofessional.

But in all fairness, I think we've all lost our tamper at medics, especially after watching some trying to revive a rotting corpse for the 10th time, whilst refusing to listen to anything else. If all medics (hell, even if the vast majority) acted properly, this would be easier, but that expectation is also very unrealistic.

I'll keep it in the back of my mind if I ever want to include it somewhere, but it's not where the current or future focus is planned to go.
