I'm getting crashes recently what Is the Issue

set ur game to x64 on steam, RMB the game on steam - go into properties then choose the version as shown on my pic

there could be 2 things wrong then, either ur addons not cooperating together or just game files being broken - verify ur game files, and then reinstall addons :x and ofc if u played on other servers disable all the not needed addons

Just ensure you use the default video settings for the most part, fucking with those just cause more issues than good when lowering them. You can also try disable all except PERP's addons. Since this is an error to do with decals, you could try using 'r_decals 0' in console to disable decals entirely.
