Suggestion Title: Escaped prisoner includes officer's name
Suggestion Description: Add the officer who cuffed the prisoner's name to the police alert when an escaped prisoner is recontinued. Something along the lines of:
"[Police Alert] Officer John Doe's escaped prisoner Michael Myers has been recaptured and is now in the holding cell."
Why should this be added?:
+ Officers now know exactly who arrested the escapee and the officer is notified of their presence.
What negatives could this have?:
