Suggestion Title: Extra mini upgrade for tutorial mission
Suggestion Description: I think the mini should have an extra upgrade on it, with the 1st one being cheap/free with the tutorial missions.
This would show players where and how too upgrade their vehicles early in the game and give their already slow car a slight speed upgrade.
Why should this be added?:
- Players know where and how to upgrade their car
What negatives could this have?:
- none i can think of atm
What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Gives new players with the mini a slightly better time with a speed increase.
