I dont wanna pop your bubble but many people have it. Its like 30-50k or something 
I have three, they're worth around 50k, the drawer that @Minilarro has is worth around 100k, the desk is worth 120k ( if its not craftable again) beer thing goes for 50k and melons 70k

max is $86000 actual value of a repair kit if you tier 2 wreck a bugatti ss (max possible repair price), probably could sell it off for more though however really doubt someone would even buy it to be honest because I doubt they would actually end up using it since it's one-time use resulting in a complete waste of money unless they then sell it off to someone again.
It's generally just a show off item considering you can't obtain it without presents or a senior staff giving it to you.
