Suggestion Description: Remove the reply/handle cooldown for the staff member handling the F6


I have 0 patience and cannot wait

Why should this be added?:
- Makes us quicker and more efficient
-My QoL

What negatives could this have?:
- I start spamming players (I wont, i promise!)
