Suggestion Title: Firefghter CPR changes suggestion
Suggestion Description: There are often situations where there is no medic available but there is firefighter on duty. While there is no medic on duty firefighters CPR ability is disabled. While medics are on duty firefighters are able to perform CPR and have approximately 1/5 chance to revive the person. I find that firefighters should also have ability to perform CPR while there is no medics on duty not to leave the city at complete stop of revival. I also would suggest when there is no medics on duty, CPR should have slightly better chance of reviving the person, but not too much to make medics obsolete (a bit like road crew and self car repair got recently re balanced, not to make road crew obsolete.)
In conclusion:
- Ability for firefighters to perform CPR while medics are not on duty.
- Slightly increased success rate of CPR while there is no medics on duty
Why should this be added?:
- While there is no medics online there is still a slight chance to get revived.
- Keeps firefighters more busy.
- Firefighters can spend less time explaining to police, that they are unable to respond as no medic is online for CPR.
What negatives could this have?:
- Could make medics obsolete if CPR success rate is too high.
