Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

Well, this is a simple one. Getting a little sound whenever I receive a message on the forums means I can read it faster and respond faster too. Can be useful for ban appeals, ban requests and such.


Optional additions:
- Could be turned on or off
- Different themes, just like the layout of the forum.
