Description of the idea: The front desk npc gives tutorials for blackjack and poker
Why should this be added? (pros): helps people who cant play either games learn
What negatives could this have? (cons): none that i could think of
*Other additions: so you click on the NPC it says the following
Can you teach me about blackjack?
Can you teach me about poker?
click the option you want and then it gives you a tutorial on how to play it and the rules
