Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Well, I was wanting to enter the forest, but a rather cheeky cop decided to be extremely intrusive, set up a horrible roadblock and threatened to search me or even shoot me if I entered the forest. After a long dispute, with him being very threatening and hostile towards me, @Walker came along.
Walker thought it would be a good idea to murder the cop at the roadblock (while multiple other officers were in close distance) with an M82. Well, I guess Walker's aim has deteriorated, as he ended up killing both the officer and me.

I lost a fully loaded deagle, all because Walker thought he would have a bit of target practice, which I don't see at all fair. I was killed, because Walker thought he would kill a cop, regardless of his reason, he killed me, without any roleplay reason (I know it was an accident) and I lost a weapon because of that...

Tick: About 28000 (this is around about when Walker comes across the roadblock) and I am killed at around 28400, note how mere seconds before hand, multiple officers drive through the roadblock, and would have easily seen all of this.

I was called to the cabins to help defend from a police raid, I saw the roadblock and it was pretty obvious why they were there. So I pulled back to M82 the one cop at the roadblock, no gun is pin point at the range I was at (I backed off quite a bit to insure it was safe to get out the gun) and unfortunately it hit you and the cop. Nothing could be done about this as I was aiming for the cops head and it went through your body into his. Killing you both. If you stand about at a roadblock while police raid a property then you run the risk of getting hit by the bullets and caught in the crossfire.
