Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5 & 3.4, I was trying to calm down and investigate some death threats made by Jay Hatch allegedly, I was attempting to calm him when these people kept on annoying him and made him shoot at someone, after I calmed him down and was going to do deal with it, they kept on opening the door, so I went to the door and tried to close it, so I uncuffed Jay to close the door, then someone said "Whoever kills Jay Hatch gets 200k", George Quin then pulls his firearm in front of me, kills Jay Hatch and then myself, it's pretty stupid. I couldn't do nothing when they kept obstructing and when they said they'd move, they're just harassing him.

The user did not have much of a reason to shoot you nor Jay Hatch. Furthermore, the user would've triggered a further police response by shooting you and Jay and therefore would've put his freedom at risk. User will receive a ban for their actions. Reviewed with @Dom_
