Description of the idea: Create a help desk at city hall with an npc that helps new players know how to do things, such as start growing drugs, how to become a police officer, how to make money, fish, e.c.t

Why should this be added? (pros):This will help new players understand how to play PERP and progress, this should make newer players more interested in being able to progress instead of sitting there being called 'sweaters' not knowing how to do anything

What negatives could this have? (cons): dont think there is any, apart from a little bit of coding.

I am currently working on something for new players that will help them get started.
