do what you did to install them but the opposite
Just take the folder the skins are in out of the addons folder and take phcustomtextures out of the data folder if you want to get rid of them entirely. I wouldn't delete them though, just make a new folder on your desktop and put both in there.
If you want to get your old ones back just replace the folders with the ones meant for your old skins.

it's probably faster and easier to reinstall gmod depending on your internet speed
EDIT: I was wrong you dont even need to edit the text file that made it not a world skin, apparently you only need to delete the skins themselves

In the nicest way, read what Dave said.
Dave has literally told you the folders you need to delete, if you can’t figure it out with what he’s said then I dread to think how you installed skins.
