How to fix in-game Televisions

Some people are getting errors when they are trying to watch a video on the in-game televisions:

Here is how to fix it:

Spoiler: Open Steam Settings

Spoiler: Opt into Steam Betas

...then wait for it to restart, and open the steam library...

Spoiler: Open Garry's Mod Properties

Spoiler: Opt into the Chromium Beta

...then wait for the update to download and rejoin the server...

Spoiler: Videos should now work...

This will also enable playback of the videos in 1080p (if you have the maximum quality selected in the options).
