I am total new to this server when i spawn it says Agree 10 sec i have been waiting for like 10 min do i have to do something or what?

This is a common bug on the server. Waiting it out / reconnecting would help, if not, report it via bugzilla

Dont do the Bugzilla thing, people have already reported it and I know a fix.
All you gotta do is retry and retry!
Just reconnect every time and it will fix itself eventually.
