Get your CPU & CPU cooler from Aliexpress, something like 7500f if you're going with AM5

Rough estimate of what i would recommend around your price point. You're paying more for an AM5 CPU/Motherboard/RAM, but you'll have options to upgrade down the road if you want. Creepis will probably recommend you something better, but as far as my knowledge goes the 7600x is the best bang for your buck in terms of CPU. You can save some more money on the case, ram and power supply. I don't recommend cheaping out on your power supply though, they usually jihadi your entire PC if they fail. Wait until the RTX 50 series fully launches for 40 series prices to drop a bit, otherwise go for a 30 series.

oh, and don't buy windows. Never buy windows!

Creepis will probably recommend you something better,
Nah this is pretty good for the price, I'd select a different PSU as Corsair RMe always had this weird reputation of having coil whine but they seem fine now.

Case is personal preference, just get what you like as long as it had good air flow from the front that isn't blocked by a glass panel. This one pulls in air from the side which should also work.

CPU however look up the 7600x and non x variant if you want to save a bit of money. X variant is about 5% better but more expensive but if it's just 10 pounds then go for the x. It will also run hotter.

4060 is fine if you need to do some e-sports gaming for now, you can upgrade to a 5080 or something later on and sell the 4060.

Heatsink I'd recommend Thermalright Peerless Assasin which is pretty much the best budget air cooler you can get today. Get some Noctua NT-H2 or Thermalgrizzly Kryonaut for best temperature results.

Please don't spill Stella on your PC this time.

id wait for the 50 series to drop
30 series still does the trick even on the highest settings if you're not that big on literal perfect graphics, fps (just turn down the settings if this one is important for what you're playing), raytracing and alla that eye cancer
