Had this one before, Snackarcin is a PUA (Potentially Unwanted Application) Which is a browser hijacker which shows you targeted malicious adverts and reroutes you to malicious websites when trying to use the browser. Check all your browsers as soon as you can for unwanted addons, Usually you can just remove the addon from whatever browser its hijacked. Whilst in itself its not the end of the world, It does open your PC up for more dangerous attacks.

Is apparently a good video on how to delete it. My antivirus took it out when it happened though (I used Iolo System mechanic at the time) Bunch of people in the comments also saying they...
Windows protection is shit. It once told me something like you have rn when i just bought fresh new windows 11.
If you want to make sure you dont have viruses dont use windows security but a normal anitivirus

If you are still trusting windows then i think the windows is telling that everything is good and the blocked apps mean that there was an action taken by the windows protection and your gucci

At no point are you ever going to be a 100% safe doing an anti-virus scan. You're fucked, most of the times.

What you have now is PUA, potentionally unwanted application. Windows defender thinks it's something that only installs itself, install's some other advertisng bullshit and bother you with ads and notifiactions.

it's not the worst but it's a general best practice to do a full windows re-install if you get any virus or unwanted shit on your computer, you don't know if it's a trojan or anything else.

If it's in your projection history it just means it had done something about the file. make sure that the .exe is gone from the location it says it's in.

It's a best practice, i don't know what is on your computer, on your network or if you use 2FA for the important accounts you use. If it were my computer, i would've done it.
