Server Suggestion Individual XP tab for org leaderboard

Suggestion Title: Individual XP tab for org leaderboard
Suggestion Description: I'd like to see the introduction of another tab under the F3 menu which keeps tab of each player within an organisation and their contribution towards the overall score of the org. This could include PD kills, arrests, muggings, car jackings, killing rival org members & drug growing/selling.

Why should this be added?:
I think this would offer a great overview of who is performing and who isn't, it allows orgs to make decisions where they can remove players from orgs who aren't contributing or worse, losing them score.

What negatives could this have?:
I don't see any negatives, other than maybe try hards, trying harder?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: QOL and it offers a much more detailed overview of who is doing what within an organisation.

As a negative, some people could feel micromanaged/pressured when playing the game.

I'd be OK with showing who is costing the ORG more XP in absolute terms, so it's easy to identify and kick griefers. But I'm not so sure about top positive score, would make it very easy to set quotas... which I don't generally think are a good thing.

A lot of chill top orgs don't have quotas, BTD included.
We mainly play to enjoy the time together and only cared about xp when it came to being top 3.
This is both a positive and a negative and could easily be implemented.

I'd like to be able to see the stats myself, perhaps a tab that shows your contribution but it's only visible to you and no one else in the ORG. That way you can choose to share it with other ORG members or not and wouldn't cause any contention if you're "underperforming". I'd say for the most part being AFK for substantial time without prior notice is probably the only reason stats wise someone would be removed from an ORG.
