Why Should This Player Be Punished: As i was going up the Off ramp near subs John Bishop gets in-front of me damaging his own car, Ignoring the damage, (3.15) Gets out, Gun points me and just does nothing but kill me.

Denied knocking someone out does not mean they loose their memory and it would be powergaming if you would've said /me knocks John out so he does not remember anything. Also you stalled the rp sit. And I will talk to bishop about the 3.15 part
