Raindancing doesn't get enforced anymore and also for that it would be ''raindancing'' if i would be strafing with my weapon out right and left.

The pulling gun under gunpoint.
You can clearly see you fired a shot at me and then proceed to try and gunpoint me at that point I can preserve my life because you've shot at me. In your provided evidence you can clearly see your shot was with the intention to kill me and therefore I can preserve my life because you've already shot at me. Thats why I could pull out my deagle.
