Reason: At first he tried to mug me with a pistol in the park, which is against rule 5g. Then as he got arrested he kept on lying about not having a pistol in his inventory, even though I told him several times that he could possibly get banned for that. Then as the situation went on, he just disconnected. He then rejoined a few minutes later and we had to call an admin over and then he finally admited to lying. Even though he finally admitted, I still think that he should be banned at least for a while. In my opinion disconnecting during a situation like that is kind of serious.
