Hi all,

I just wanted to share that I've recently purchased a HP Victus Gaming Laptop and I would definitely recommend it to everybody, It manages to run PERP at around 90-100 FPS consistently. If you're looking for a Gaming Laptop for your travels or convience, I'd definitely say this is the one, especially if you aren't willing to spend £1,000+ on a Laptop. It doesn't just run gaming smoothly but everything else, I'm yet to try a game that's intense on the machine however watching / reading up on reviews etc, People say that it works like magic.

Specs;
15.6 Inch Display
512GB SSD Storage
16GB RAM DDR4
Intel Core i5 - 12450H processor
Refresh Rate - 144hz
NVIDIA RTX 30 Series RTX 3050 graphics card with 4GB RAM GDDR6.

4 GB Vram for graphics card? İn our time even 8 GB of VRAM is mostly not enough for a lot of games. İf you're up to playing small games sure but I wouldn't recommend this for a casual gamer.

How much did this cost? I bought a Gigabyte K5 or something last year for about £800 comes with a 4060 and some processor I don’t remember, runs fairly well but is loud as shit

I thought that at first and was willing to give it a try, It works completely fine and runs PERP completely fine without any single issues also.

As you can see by this video, It runs other games fine also such as getting 60 FPS on RDR2 on Ultra Settings & Warzone 70 FPS on Ultra also, I would more than reccomend this to people that aren't happy spending £1,500 on a Laptop.

I paid £599, however, it came with more stuff such as a travel bag and some other misc stuff that I probably won't use, It was a bundle basically... The actual laptop alone I believe is £520

Like I said 4 GB of VRAM is very low. I checked the benchmarks, İt struggles on games like God Of War, normally of course. The only reason you're getting good FPS is the CPU. GPU doesn't matter for GMOD at all.

Not a bad laptop, but there is better options in the market.

Doesn't seem to have any issues running?

That goes with everything as I mentioned ofcourse there's better options in the market, It's just up to whether you're willing to spend the extra amount of money, This was solely for people who don't want to spend a lot, this is the perfect alternative.

İt uses all of the VRAM and requires more and struggles. Like I said victus is not a bad laptop but theres better options at the same price range. At least here.

Fair enough, If you know better options in the same range, Send them in as it'll help people with making a decision for their choice :)
