Type of bug: Lua
Description of the bug: As a Light TFU you can only spawn Heavy TFU vehicle/Land rover when you should have access to all normal officer vehicles in addition to the land rover. TFU are permitted to use normal vehicles in policy.
How to reproduce the bug: Go TFU and attempt to spawn a car.
