Description of the Bug: Bugatti stuck at 1MPH when reversing with no tires
How to reproduce the Bug: Get the tires popped by either shooting or spike strips and then reverse. I've tried respawning it and other things but it doesn't change.
Time Stamp: Entire Clip.
Errors: The cars speed is greatly reduced when reversing and even accelerating when the tires are popped.
