Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: Cars that are labeled to be damaged in the menu, when respawned and repaired, would upon next respawn carry the same damage.
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Have a car in a damaged state which also displays on the menu (example: Majorly Damaged)
2. Fix the car with wrenches
3. Respawn the car elsewhere.
4. The car is again damaged despite being repaired and you can use wrenches on it.
I have found this out after wasting a lot of wrenches.
