Description of the Bug: Emergency lights dont work

How to reproduce the Bug: Try to turn on the emergency lights on the following cars;
- SS Escalade
- PD unmarked
- PD Swat Van
- EMS ambulance
- FF truck

It doesn't work for me either when I was Medic and FF two hours ago

Didn't work for me a couple of hours ago in the fire engine either (the Dodge worked fine).

Fixed, the issue is only for vehicles whose model already include a light bar
