Description of the Bug: Stolen fishing rod notification doesn't show up Fishing notifications don't show up at all

How to reproduce the Bug: Go fishing and wait for one of your rods to be taken by a fish or catch something.
Does not matter if the Fishing Notifications are off or on.

Turns out the ability to disable the notifications never worked. I have fixed it.
