Description of the Bug: The shooting range doesnt have snipers as an option

How to reproduce the Bug: Go to shooting range npc and look

Time Stamp: any time

Errors: no specific error pops up but Collier did a temp fix for me a couple of days ago that fixed it until I relogged.
