Description of the Bug: chat bug i only talked a few times and it said i ran outa ooc messages it went from 5 to zero even though i didnt type anything between the counter going from 5 to zero {find attached proof i didnt type 30 ooc messages}

How to reproduce the Bug: i think you gotta chat a few times then it will jump down to zero randomly

Time Stamp: 10:20

Errors: nothing visual i think its mostly coding

Same thing just happened to me when I wanted to ask him if he has a PRNTSCREEN key
