Why do you want your item(s) refunded:
Because I got killed by a man who was breaking NLR without him knowing he was breaking NLR because he was at the hospital when I killed him. I was flanking cops which were at slums on the highway, so I had to kill him also to make sure he doesn't come to kill me when I start sniping from the highway. So when he respawned, I was flanking cops near PD and it was the same situation still so he basically broke NLR without knowing it. @Madda dealt with the report and told me to make RR.
