Suggestion Title: Make casino winnings announcement more frequent
Suggestion Description: Keep it the way it is as well as having it so if someone were to win 1m+ from anything else then it would announce this, because winning 1.5m on X3 10k is not announced as winning BAR is not set to announcing anything (also include blackjack for winnings)
