Suggestion Title: Make flags noclided
Suggestion Description: Flags aren't solid objects that humans can't just tear through, it makes more sense this way. Also they can be used as banners hanged up instead of being a blockade.

Why should this be added?:
- Realistic
- More creativity in building
- Easy development

What negatives could this have?:
- none

This could also be abused when placing a flag for example in front of a door. Could be confused with signs that can be colided. Unless it really has a animation like a flag i dont think this is a good idea.

You're not permitted to use images in a base defense anyways.

The perfect solution is to use these instead, the current flag model barely even moves

Keep collisions in. If you cant help but walk into your flag, that you placed; you have larger issues.
