Suggestion Title: Make football bounce when you run into it
Suggestion Description: Right now you can only pick the football up to throw it, meaning any player would instantly get a red card and be disqualified for the next few games! Making the football bounce when a player runs into it would allow players to play actual football, now that we have a field for it!

Why should this be added?:
- football is good
- passive rp in suburbs
- potential for championships
- adds realism

What negatives could this have?:
- literally none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The problem of not being able to play football with the football
