Suggestion Title: Make traffic light removal on Main St permanent
Suggestion Description: At Main Street on the corner of the Police Department and opposite the Gas Station, the set of three-way traffic lights was removed in map version 6.0.02. I was over the moon to see this change, however upon reading the change notes it appears that this is simply temporary.

I would much rather that the way in which the junction has been set up now be made permanent. It doesn't make any sense for there to be traffic lights at that junction given the speed limits and rules of priority, and the addition of the pedestrian-controlled traffic light crossing on Station Hill negates any need to re-add a set of lights back at the Main Street junction.

Why should this be added?:
- Infinitely better than the traffic light system that was there previously
- Even if the logic is improved most people tended to run the lights at that junction anyway
- The new pedestrian-controlled traffic light crossing further up Station Hill provides sufficient traffic management

What negatives could this have?:
- Anyone who preferred the traffic lights on the Main Street Junction would be sad

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Makes driving around this area a lot more enjoyable and smooth experience, and prevents unnecessary traffic build-up at a location that does not require a traffic light system.
